#toast 609 — les deux magots is another iconic French cafe / all day brassiere on saint germain. their croques seem to only be available until 4/5pm (if you look at their menu), so I would check before going here if you’re looking to have brunch for dinner. I think their prices were a bit steep for the volume of food — I hoped that the croque forestier was a bit cheesier but it was a nice flavor. Enjoyed a lovely dinner here on our first night in Paris. We made the reservation the day prior. We chose Les Deux Magots for its historical significance and proximity to our hotel, and we weren’t disappointed! The food and service were excellent. Our waiter was friendly and made great recommendations. The creme brûlée was wonderful! We enjoyed the escargot, too. We ate on the warm terrace and had a lovely dinner here. Highly recommend!

Best place in Paris for a good meal, enjoying the sun and people watching! Even of you have to queue don’t hesitate, during a sunny day nothing beats the experience to sit outside (neighbor cafe is not the same!). Outstanding dishes: supreme (chicken with heavy cream sauce veggie and rice) and the profiteroles (cant go wrong with desserts), the beef carpaccio was also good. Best lunch plan in Paris specially during the week.
